2-bedroom shared house, Stewart Street

Hi! I am a 28 year old cat mamma- 4 year old Tonks and 2 year old Jasper. I work full-time in community mental health (half days work from home on Tuesdays and Thursdays).

I am a social person, but enjoy my time at home to be quiet. I enjoy exercise, creative hobbies and video games. Usually on Saturdays I will be out doing activities and resting/doing chores on Sunday. This is a non-smoking/party house!

The home includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (2nd toilet downstairs, car space, small backyard, CCTV, ducted heating throughout the house and an air conditioner downstairs. I am very proud of my first adult appliances- the air fryer, dyson vacuum, fridge, dining table and washing machine. The house is close to public transport and grocery stores.

The spare room is unfurnished, has a view of the park, and measurements are approx 2. 9m x 3. 05m. I can send videos prior to inspection!

Rent for you is $200 a week which is $869 per calendar month. I will be paying the remaining rent ($1086). Bills will be split- wifi monthly and water/electricity/gas quarterly. The bond is 1 month's rent.
