You'll have your own good sized room, single bed, study desk, wardrobe and backyard with a lemon and orange tree.

The home is always very quiet and peaceful, to be shared with three other lovely, respectful and kind female housemates who work most of the time. NBN internet connected. We share electricity and gas bills. Everything else is included in the rent of $175 per week.

Located just across the road from Macdonalds & Red Roosters, literally 5mins walk from Coles and Woolies, post office, Hoppers Crossing shopping center and the train station. 35minutes train ride to Melbourne CBD and trains are very frequent, there's a train every 10minutes during weekdays to the city, ideal for commuting to work.

Also a short stroll away from the Werribee Mercy Hospital, Medical center, VIC Uni Werribee campus and the Weribee Plaza. The home is within walking distance to all amenities we don't need to drive. However if you have a car we also have ample parking space and a massive double garage.

We have an organic veggie garden with an abundant of organic herbs, vegetables, fruit trees (delicious red and green apples, cherries, guava, persimmons, nashi pears, oranges, lemons, avocado, mulberry, raspberries, boysenberries, dragon fruit, passion fruit and nectarines) and many flowers when in season.
