Hi - fantastic location with a bus stop at the front door, and 4 blocks to Yarraville train station. Shops and cafes nearby as well as the famous Sun Theatre. Private unfurnished bedroom in a 3 bedroom townhouse. We have a very quiet greyhound who sleeps all day and is very chilled. Sunny front and rear courtyard to enjoy as well as lots of parks nearby for walking, running or for picnics. Share bathroom upstairs with separate additional toilet on ground floor. Fully furnished and shared dining and living areas. Loads of lovely green plants and a really relaxing home. Shelf in the fridge and access to a newly upgraded kitchen. Access to laundry facilities and clothes line in rear back courtyard, which also features a great little BBQ for those warmer nights. Lots of times when you will have the place to yourself, we are around if needed and happy to help with advice, directions or information. It is a lovely part of the world to live in and a great community.
