The house:

There is a large, carpeted loungeroom, a massive kitchen and a separate laundry with washing machine. There is also a sunroom with a wall that’s entirely made of windows (great for reading, yoga, plant propagation, etc), so there’s lots of shared spaces if you like your alone time. There are lots of indoor plants (and also room for your plants). The backyard is large and has 4 massive garden beds, an outdoor brick oven, a table and a shaded area covered in vines, so this is a great home for green thumbs. The garage isn’t included in the lease but there are 2 off-street parking spots on the driveway and on-street parking also available.

Located in a green, quiet area in Airport West. We have a Coles, Woolies and Aldi that’s 5mins by car or 25mins by foot. We are a 2min walk from a convenience/grocery store, a pizza shop and the 469 bus. We are a 10min walk from the 59 tram that’ll take you through Melbourne Uni all the way to Flinders Street (super convenient). We are super close to Steele Creek walking/running/cycling tracks. A 20 minute walk will get you to all the great restaurants in Niddrie. We are also super close to the Western Ring Road and the Calder Freeway.
