Relaxed and easy going household, but must be tidy.
Clean up after cooking e. G. Wash, dry and put away dishes and wipe benches.
Split system air-conditioners provide heating and cooling to the main part of the house and there are separate systems in two bedrooms.
There is the main bathroom which you will be using (includes bath, shower and vanity) and in another room a separate toilet.
The second bathroom is used by the current students (contains toilet, recessed cupboard over basin and a shower).
All bed linen and towels provided.
There is a bungalow in the back garden which also contains a bathroom. So 3 bathrooms on the property
(2 in the house and 1 in the bungalow where my musician son lives).
A good sized covered deck at the back of the house and a Bar-b-que. Laundry, kitchen and lounge is shared.
The kitchen contains two fridges (one for the students) but you will be using the main fridge, a microwave and dishwasher.
A lovely park is directly across the road. Two bike tracks into city and to the university.
Public transport - Upfield train line 600 metres, No 58 tram 400 metres, No 19 tram Sydney road 700 metres.
Cafes, pubs, restaurants in abundance. Melbourne Uni & RMIT 3-4k's.

Furry occupants:- A whippet called Pacha who is friendly a little timid and a greyhound, called Cooper, both are an indoor dogs 99% of the time. So you have to like animals.
