The house has both heating & cooling. The room for rent is fully furnished with a single size bed, bedside table, lamp, desk and loads of storage space in the 4 door double wardrobe.

You have access to a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, toaster, juicer, rice steamer and plenty of cookware. There is a lovely outdoor area with a BBQ and vege and herb garden.

Bus services nearby, buses to Footscray, Sunshine, St Albans. The Sunshine train station is a few minutes by bus. Shops including a Coles, Chemist Warehouse and eateries within short walking distance.

Woolworths, Aldi, fruit and vegetables and lots of Vietnamese grocers and restaurants.

Please note I have a dog & a cat, both are friendly, well behaved.
