This is a big house with only 2 People. I live with my adult son . We are both professional working 5 days a week, Our bedrooms are upstairs. The room for rent is actually a guest bedroom with full en suite, It will fit a queen size bed with two side table , There;'s a built in cupboard. There's a TV mounted on the wall. There is cooling and heating outlet in the room. There's a bus stop in the main street (less than a minute walk) which is the next street to the house which will take you to directly to the Laverton train station.
