This family home has three fully furnished bedrooms,large kitchen and lounge room. Very nice garden areas and barbecue and outdoor area. One medium room is available now.

Tram and bus at end of the street. Public transport runs 24 hours on weekends. Also Coles supermarket, Aldi store, fruit and butcher shops and restaurants and fish shop at end of street. Plenty of storage in garage and undercover area. Each room has heater, study desk and cupboards. All linen bedding towels cooking utensils.

About 15 minute walk to Victoria University Footscray Park Campus. 15 minute walk to High Point shopping complex. Aldi shopping store just around the corner. Tram close to Victoria University at end of street.

Unlimited fast internet provided. Students will share cost of gas, electricity and water usage including sewerage usage bills. Students are expected to share in keeping house clean and tidy and consider each other.
No overnight stays or couch surfing.

Medium room is $180 dollars per week which equals $780 per calendar month.
