3-bedroom shared house, Jerrold Street

Furnished room in recently renovated house in footscray. We are Brent and Sean, two quiet professional guys who enjoy a chat but do keep to ourselves also. The house has a historic style but a modern interior, with a large kitchen/diner, large living room, three bedrooms and small yard with deck for lounging in the sun and the occasional bbq!

Sean lives in the bungalow in the rear of the property and has his own bedroom and bathroom, hence the inside bathroom is only shared with Brent and yourself! The room has new carpet, a big desk, cosy bed and lots of cupboard space, with a lockable window and heavy blackout curtain. All towels/sheets provided! Brent is a photographer and language teacher, always happy to show you the sights and sounds of Footscray (and the best places to eat! )

We are looking for a mature individual who has experience housesharing in the past and is up for the odd dinner and drink together. We have a small dog, Harry (super friendly, see in pictures! ) and cat Billie who live outside most of the time and are extremely friendly.

There's space for a bike on the lock-up, and we have trams and busses only 150m away from the house. VU Footscray campus only a 5 minute walk away!

Price includes internet and all utility bills :)
