1 room available from the 21st of January in a modern 3 bedroom, 2 story townhouse.

The room has a mirrored built in robe, and you also get the spare room to yourself, which can be used as a study, storage or whatever you like.
You will only be sharing the bathroom with one other housemate as I have an ensuite. There's also another separate toilet upstairs for all to use.

The house is fully equipped with kitchen and laundry. Small secure yard and balcony with views of the Maribyrnong River. Big kitchen with all appliances including a dishwasher. Two car garage and parking within the unit complex as well as street parking. The house is fully furnished except for the available bedroom and spare room (Desk can be provided if required).

Location: nice safe neighbourhood, walking distance to Victoria University, Flemington Racecourse and Melbourne Showgrounds. There is a bus stop right out the front and tram 57 to the city down the road. Short walk to Maribyrnong River which has a beautiful walking tracks to nearby Highpoint Shopping Centre.

Rent is $825 per calendar month which works out to be $190/week, not including bills.
Bond is $1160. The house has unlimited wifi for just $20 per month and because I'm a student, bills are all discounted to concession rate (electricity, gas and water) which means they end up being relatively cheap.

About the flatmates:
You’ll be sharing the house with Myself and Beck. Beck is 25 and works as a graphic designer Monday-Friday. I'm 23, originally from country Victoria but have lived in Melbourne for 2 years. I'm studying education full time and work in childcare. Beck and I are both tidy friendly and easygoing and enjoy a good chat when we aren't busy doing our own things.
