I am looking for a responsible, considerate, friendly, honest and clean and tidy housemate who is working/studying and able to pay rent on time.

The house is fully furnished, clean and tidy, and is within 10 minute walk to St Albans station, 15 minute walk to Victoria University, St Albans Campus. Bus 425 to Watergardens or St Albans station is in front of the house. You will share the house with 2 Vietnamese females in their 30s.

Rent is $170 per week inclusive of internet and utilities bills (subject to reasonable usage). Upon moving in, 2 week bond and 2 week rent are required.
